Låda

Låda is a wall-mounted shelf with an integrated wooden drawer that appears to float beneath a folded, powder-coated steel top. The drawer is suspended in precisely milled grooves, creating a clean, minimalist expression where the construction itself becomes part of the design.

Originally designed in 2016 under the name Floating Shelf and shared publicly over the years, the concept is now being brought to life in collaboration with Dutch design publisher Vij5.

Presented at Dutch Design Week 2026 in Eindhoven.
